 Those fast twitch pulling muscles got a workout this morning. The wrists maybe be a bit sore 

 

1 min center/left/right seated split

1 min QL

1 min eagle pose in the seated split

:30 wall wrist stretch

 

2 rounds

Accumulate 1 min standing on 1 foot

6 single leg stiff leg deadlfits

10 tempo squats 

 

Lac ball in the upper back and on the forearms

 

See you in the am!!
