Lots of mid line today. lower back might be a bit tender tomorrow.

 

ROM

2 minute puppy dog

1 minute pigeon

1 minute cobra

1 minute pigeon

 

Accumulate 2 minutes per leg

- balance on 1 foot, preferably w/out shoes

 

Lacrosse ball in the "arch of your feet". Apply pressure as tolerated 

Lacrosse ball or foam roll on the calves. Lateral calves may be tender from box jumps

 

Weekend class reminder

Saturday group- 8 am

Sunday Mobility, movement and mimosas - 3 pm
