 Heavy lifting today. Our midlines are always more taxed after days like these. Take notice and drink plenty of water. Day 5 of sugar(less) challenge.

 

ROM

1 min cobra

2 minute puppy dog

1 minute cobra

1 minute T twist each side

1 minute dragon each side

 

2 rounds- not for time

25 cat/cow

10 glute bridges w/ 5 second pause

 

Foam work on the quads, especially higher, towards the abd and on the inside of the leg.
