Take care of the little forearm and hand muscles after today. Calves will be spicy from all the explosive movement

 

2 rounds

1 minute down dog

:30 second plank

 

1 minute wall wrist stretch each side

1 minute standing eagle each side

2 sets :30 desk or floor wrist stretch

 

3 sets 

3 inch worms, really focus on keeping your knees tight elongating those lower hamstring and calve muscles 

10 supermans

 

Stay focused, Day 6 of sugar(less) challenge.
