High rep muscle conditioning today. Hamstrings will feel tired. Enjoy the rest day 

 

ROM

1 minute forward fold

1 minute saddle, left/right/center

1 minute cobra

1 minute dragon

 

3 rounds

8 glute bridges, no pause

16 cat/cow

 

Accumulate 3 minutes in plank

 

Foam roll low back -> hamstrings

 

Day 7 of the Sugar (less) challenge. Take notice of energy levels and how you feel in the morning
