 Lots of moving parts today. Spend some time on those QLs and wrists. 




1 min straddle- Left/Right/Center

1 min QL- Really focus on twisting your torso into the direction you lean

1 min cobra/sphinx 

:30 floor wrist stretch x 2 rounds


3 rounds

15 cat/cows

5 slow v-ups

3 inch worms


Lac ball in the upper back/shoulder. Finish w/ a couple minutes on the foot arches.


Starting the final week of the sugar(less challenge). Food prep is next !!
