Monday workout

A little longer workout today. Get outside, maybe the track. Invite some friends, family. Show them what you've been up to. Fitness is way more fun with someone!


Warm up

Walking knee raises

Zombie walk

Walking lunge

1 minute pigeon

1 minute dragon


Run 800 meters. Every 2 minutes do 10 squats

- score is total squats


Accumulate 50 push ups ( can be on the park bench or your knees) and 50 sit-ups.


Post work out

Get into a twisted cross, arm under the chest laying on the arm  for 1 minute

Sit on your knees and do an eagle pose ( saddle eagle) 1 minute each side

2 minute pigeon

2 minute puppy dog
