1 minute seated split forward fold

1 minute couch w/ eagle arms

2 minute puppy dog

 

3 rounds- not for time

8 glute bridges

8 good mornings

8 squats

 

Foam roll upper thigh ( TFL and rectus) try and move laterally into the adb wall. No set time

 

Accumulate 2 minutes each side on one foot.
