 Heavy lifting the first part of the week makes for heavy muscles. 

 

2 minute puppy dog

1 minute pigeon

1 minute single leg saddle ( hurdle stretch) 

 

Accumulate 3 minutes on each leg w/ eagle arms

 

Foam roll the calf muscle, upper butt and lateral quad. Side to side movement when something feels "spicy" 

 

4 minute forward fold in seated saddle postion
