1 minute single leg hurdle

1  minute single leg hurdle forward  fold 

1 minute pigeon

 

15 heel/toe walks

5 flow low dragons each side

 

Tac floss post. Tib- 1 minute

Tac roll ant. Tib- 1 minute

Foam roll quads- 1 minute
