1 minute dragon

1 minute dragon with hands over head and back bend

3 minute seated split forward fold

 

2 rounds

5 inchworm/cobra/down dog

:30 second sumo squat hold

 

Accumulate 4 minutes in a plank hold 

 

Foam roll, especially the low back and upper quads
