 Good, heavy movement this morning

 

ROM

 

3 minute puppy dog (active position) 

1 minute couch eagle

1 minute low dragon

 

10 slow static lunges ( lunge forward and remain in extended position for all 10)

1 minute bottom squat position

2 minute seated split forward fold

 

Lac ball in the feet
