ROM

 

1 minute saddle. Put a pillow under your feet

2 minute seated cross shin forward fold(each leg)

:30 hollow rock hold ( shoulders and hamstrings off the floor)

1 minute wall pec ( twisted postion with your arm flat on the wall)

1 minute wall wrist

1 minute wall calf
