Barbell complex's challenge our central nervous and musculoskeletal systems in dynamic fashion allowing us to build stability, increase range of motion and develop strength. By consistently moving loads with our bodies we stave of muscle atrophy and increase our basal metabolic rate, both increasingly important as we age. At CrossFit Woodslawn we strive to get and keep you moving whether walking the streets of Multnomah Village or running the trails in Forest Park.
