Love to travel? Most of us have extravagant travel plans throughout our lives and really get after it following retirement. Don't let your inability to put things overhead, think 2 week vacation suitcase in the carry on compartment, limit this. Heavy sets with low reps of solid foundational movement will protect those rotator cuffs and bring stability to your shoulders. Finish the day off with some mid line and lower back stabilizing movements and your ready for the next flight out PDX.

2 minute saddle, pillow under the ankles
