 Partner workouts are the best!! Partner chipper workouts are like long backpacking trips, without the scenery. High volume body weight movements over moderate time frames get us prepped for when our friends throw out an invite for a weekend hike. How great would it be to not even consider your fitness as a limitation!!! At CrossFit Woodslawn we train everyday to make physical limitations disappear. Mount Hood is a short drive from Multnomah Village. Get your fitness on during the week and get outside and enjoy the plentiful scenery the PNW has to offer. 

 

10 stationary lunges

1 minute dragon

1 minute single leg fold

3 minute seated straddle

 

Accumlate 3 minutes in a plank
