The key is proper form. At CrossFit Woodslawn our order of operation is Form>Intensity>Reps>Weight. What this means is we will never let you move weight before your form and range of motion is stable.

2 minute pigeon

1 minute cobra

15 sumo squats

1 minute single leg forward fold

 

Foam roll- 2 minutes each

-Hamstrings

-Lower back

Lac ball

-Rhomboids/upperback
