Dumbbell squats on the menu for today. Squats, any type, are great for increasing your core and midline stability. By using dumbbells we are forced to engage more of our obliques, think boxer abs, giving us a well rounded ab workout as well as stabilizing out our squat movement. Be safe if you're traveling outside Portland for the holiday. See you Monday!
