 Thanks to everyone who joined for our 1st community workout!! It was amazing to see so many people from Multnomah Village and Ashcreek. Today we worked with heavy sets of front squats, a perfect blend of lower body strength building and midline/core stability work. Take care of those hip flexors with some simple mobility

 

ROM

2 minute eagle couch

1 minute cobra

2 minute low dragon- chest on your knee, hands to the ground

2 minute seated straddle
