 3 short, intense workouts today. Might as well take advantage of a sunny winter morning in Portland and run outside.  Intensity may seem intimidating at first, but it holds the key to the greatest results we can gain from our training. Getting comfortable with the uncomfortable is the essence of mind over matter. At CrossFit Woodslawn we will always encourage moving faster over more weight or longer time frames. Tomorrow is day 1 of opening. We couldn't be more excited to welcome the Multnomah village and SW Portland residence to CrossFit Woodslawn.
