Today's workout is aimed to build muscle stamina and balance through short bursts. Great for skiers, bikers, hikers, backpackers or anyone looking to improve dynamic movement with an elevated heart rate. Sounds like a perfect fit for most of us in the Pacific Northwest. One of my favorite things about CrossFit is this workout is also great for elderly individuals. Especially those looking to increase single leg stepping strength, over all balance and coordination and increase muscle mass. With modification the same individuals can workout together. At CrossFit Woodslawn we have the expertise to modify, coach and develop athletes of all fitness levels and do so daily. 



2 minute seated cross shin

2 minute pigeon

10 cobra/down dogs

1 minute X trunk twist

3 minute seated forward fold
