 Butt and hamstrings are probably feeling a tad tender this morning. Yesterdays workout involved short bursts allowing us to work on the intensity we bring as well as test our mental game. Often, whether in life or the gym, when something becomes uncomfortable we pull back. Challenges are just that, challenging. Growth happens with time under tension. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable.

2 minute hurdler

4 minute budda forward fold

1 minute floor wrist

1 minute wall pec
