 Bear complex to finish a great week of training. Complexes can be challenging in that we are asking our body to move separate parts in succession while moving a load. During the week we trained these movements individually, focusing on key points of activation. Putting them together allows us to get more work in less time! Constantly varied functional movements is CrossFit and one of the many reasons you will not get bored and thus maintain consistency in your training. 


 Welcome to our newest member Natalie!!! 



2 minutes extended back leg dragon

1 minute couch position

10 flossing dragons

3 minute seated straddle, make sure you are actively, but light pushing your chest closer to the ground


Remember, new class time on Saturday is 8:30.


Next Saturdays class is canceled due to the community workout @ 10. Bring your family and friends. Entry fee is a donated toy!!!
