 At CrossFit Woodslawn our goal is to build formidable humans. There is no better way to develop this foundation than deadlifting. 4 sets of heavy compound movement taxes our midline, challenges our posterior chain and provides us with confidence to move objects from point a to b. More importantly, we learn how to pick something heavy up, safely, in a controlled environment so that when the challenges presents itself we are ready.
