 Fridays are complex and "3 giant sets" day at CrossFit Woodslawn. We practice complex, compound movements throughout the week and pair them to develop speed and stamina in as many positions as possible. Our 3 giants make sure all the little stabilizer muscle get some attention after a solid week of week. Rememeber, community workout/toy drive tomorrow @ 10. No 830 class.
