 Heavy weight lifting tends to intimidate those not comfortable with it. Developing the confidence to pick up something that may be heavier than ourselves takes time under tension. And great movement. Many of you heard me say today " the worse thing that will happen with heavy weight is you won't be able to lift it as long as you maintain proper good movement". This is why we preach movement is #1 everyday. It keeps us safe and allows us for consistency in our training. See you tomorrow for Katy's Bday WOD
