Getting some heavy lifting to start the week out!! Utilize your deadlift form anything you are picking up an object that is front of you. Proper activation of the posterior chain, pulling muscles, is much safer for our low backs and will put you in good position to prevent injuries. 




2 minute seated forward fold

1 minute side hurdler

1 minute 1/2 split

10 Russian baby makers

1 minute 1/2 split

1 minute cobra
