 High volume squat cleans and back squats coupled w/ T2B work probably has the lower back and hip flexors feeling a bit tender. Take some time w/ the lac ball and foam roll to loosen up the surrounding tissues and feed slack to the system



1 minute cobra

1 minute twisted cross

2 minute lizard

1 minute twisted lizard


Lac ball

- Lumbar

-Glute medius ( upper, lateral butt)

Foam roll

- High quad/hip flexor- Add floss w/ knee bending
