CFWL COVID House Rules

June 7, 2020

In order to keep all members and coaches safe and in compliance with OHA guidelines for operation, the following "house rules" will be observed by all members, coaches, physical therapists, and physical therapy clients upon CrossFit Woodslawn's re-opening during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Members or coaches with symptoms below are required to stay at home:

●  Fever*

●  Chills

●  Joint or body aches

●  Extended difficulty breathing

●  Dry cough

*Athletes and coaches are strongly encouraged to take their temperature, prior to attending class,if symptoms are present

Members and coaches will be contacted immediately if exposure to COVID-19 positive members/coaches becomes known. Identities will remain private. Equally, CFWL asks any member/coach to notify management if it becomes known of a positive COVID-19 result. CFWL will report required data re: contact tracing to appropriate division per OHA guidelines.

Members are required to register for classes prior to attending. Members are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to class start-time. It is the responsibility of any member arriving late to complete hand washing and confirm check in without class disruption. Class cap will be strictly enforced. Drop-ins will be at management discretion.

Door furthest from SW Multnomah Blvd will be utilized for entry. Door closest to SW Multnomah will be used for exit. Members are asked to not congregate inside the gym before, during or after class. The sidewalk is fair game, with appropriate distancing.

*Coaches are required to confirm member attendance in real time in Triib platform.

EVERY athlete, member, physical therapy patient, coach and physical therapist is REQUIRED to complete 20 second hand wash prior to any contact with equipment. Post workout/appointment hand washing is highly recommended.

Members will be assigned a designated space/pull-up bar/equipment for the duration of the class. Any sharing of equipment is discouraged,

but when necessary, must be properly cleaned with provided solutions prior to exchanging.

Classes will be provided cleaning solutions, wipes and brushes to assist with post workout “wipe down” of all used equipment. Members are asked to assist with cleaning to assist with timing.

Due to shortening of class and desire to maximize time, athletes will be asked to record their weights and times in Triib. Coaches may record times/weights if time allows.

Masks are required to be worn by coaching staff per OHA requirements.

Both doors will remain open during classes as long as weather permits. Central ventilation systems will be running during all class times.

We can't wait to have you back!
